Making a purchase
Ordering on the Black Pearl website is incredibly simple:Once you have chosen the product you wish to purchase, click ‘Add To Basket’ to select an item. Don't forget to choose your variant from the drop-down menu as some items have more than one option. Continue until you have added all your chosen items. You can click ‘Basket’ on the Shop pages at any time to view and update the contents of your shopping basket.
Next, click ‘Checkout’, where you will then be asked to fill in your personal and shipping details. When you have entered the required details, click ‘Proceed’. Please check all your details are correct and you will be able to see the total amount due to pay, including the shipping charges.
Next, click ‘Make Payment’ and you will then be taken to the WorldPay secure payment page. Select the method of payment you wish to use, and enter your credit card details as requested.
Once you have confirmed your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Postage and Packaging
UK DeliveryAll orders are carefully packaged and sent by first class recorded delivery. Each order shipped has a unique tracking number, and will require a signature on arrival. We aim to ship within 7 days, but please allow 14 days for delivery. UK shipping is charged at £2.50.
International Delivery
Here at Black Pearl we love posting overseas! Shipping is charged at £5.50 and will require a signature upon delivery. Black Pearl is not responsible for any customs fees on international orders.
Please note Black Pearl cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once despatched.
Returns / Exchanges
We endeavour to provide jewellery you will love, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to a refund or exchange. Refunds are accepted within 14 days of the shipping date. Please email returns@blackpearlboutique.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or an exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notifications may not be processed. Return the items in their original condition with the packaging, and a full refund or exchange will be given upon receipt. Please note, for hygiene reasons earrings are non returnable - please choose carefully!If returning an item - send to:

For your protection we recommend you send the goods via a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Your refund will be credited to the same account with which you made the original purchase. Please allow 2 days for your refund to be processed and 14 days for you account to be credited.
Out of stock items
All the items you see on the website are in stock, unless marked as ‘Out of stock’. Items which are out of stock would be temporarily disabled and you would not be able to add them to your basket.If for any reason an item you have already ordered is temporarily unavailable, you will be notified with the option of cancelling the order.
