RETURNS
Obviously I want you to love your Black Pearl purchases, but if you are not satisfied you can return you item(s) for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Please note that due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned. To arrange a return please email me with your full name, address and order number and state whether you would like an exchange or refund. Returns made without prior notification may not be processed. The cost of returning your order to Black Pearl is your responsibily, I would recommend sending it by recorded delivery so you can track the item. If you request a refund the amount charged will be refunded to you as soon as possible minus the delivery charge. You will be notifed by email when the refund has been made. If you request an exchange you will be charged again for postage but you will be notifed beforehand.
