DELIVERY OPTIONS

All orders are sent by Royal Mail’s registered services, which enable items to be tracked after delivery. For orders within the UK there are three delivery options: 

If you choose the Standard option your item will be sent wrapped in tissue paper in a padded envelope, ideal if you are buying a small item or a couple of charms for yourself. If you chose the Gift Wrapped option your item will be sent in a branded gift box within a white cardboard postal box, ideal if you are buying a present, or just want some fancy packaging for yourself. Please note that if you choose the Next Day option your item may not necessarily arrive the day after you place your order. This is because some items require more time to prepare, for example if an item needs to be soldered or plated. If this is the case I will email you confirming how long your order will take. Feel free to email me before you place your order to get an estimated delivery time.

All international orders are sent by the International Signed For service which costs £8.00 and are automatically gift wrapped.

Please note all orders will require a signature on delivery. If you are not in when the package arrives the postman will leave a card to inform you that delivery was attempted and details of how to collect it. From then you will have 7 days before the package is returned to Black Pearl. To avoid this you will have the option of selecting a different delivery address, for example your work address.

Once shipped, UK orders sent by Standard Delivery should arrive withing 2-4 working days. If your order has not arrived after 5 days email me your name, address and order number and I’ll look into it and get back to you asap.

International orders my be subject to customs charges, these vary from country to country and it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay them.
